On Saturday, October 24, Keller Williams Realty Southwest is turning our Sugar Land parking lot into a Trunk or Treat, and you're invited. It's free. Wear the costume, bring your people, and come hungry.

Why a real estate office throws a Halloween party
Straight talk: nobody will be standing at my trunk with a clipboard, and nobody is going to corner you about your home's value between the Kit Kats. If you want to talk real estate, I'm always happy to. Saturday just isn't for that.
I've been helping people buy and sell homes across Fort Bend County for years, and here's what I've learned. Clients don't remember the closing table. They remember the people. A parking lot full of tiny superheroes is a much better way to meet your neighbors than another postcard in the mailbox.
A few tips from someone who's done this before
- Dress for Houston, not for Halloween. Late October here can still feel like summer, so the full-body fur costume might need a backup plan.
- The good candy goes first. That isn't me creating urgency. It's just how candy works.
- Grown-ups, costumes count for you too. You won't be the only adult dressed up. I'll make sure of it.
- Come say hi. Look for the trunk with the big KW pumpkin. If a few trunks have one, find me anyway.
